The Beachhouse

Kapa'a BeachHouse - a 5***** (Five Star) beautiful tropical shoreline experience, is located on the edge of the Blue Lagoon

on the Coconut Coast of the Garden Island of Kauai.

In this photo we are looking from the south towards the side and back of The Kapa'a BeachHouse. Every tree and plant on the property were planted from what is called in Hawaii...KEIKI's...or little ones.

This shot is taken from the only road that passes around the island. It's the Kuhio Highway and is named after Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianeole of Kauai. From here you can see out to the lagoon and you can see how majestic a monkey pod tree is.

Let's zoom in a little on that Monkey Pod tree. We have a basketball set up on the concrete parking lot adjacent to the tree.

These are the shared accommodations. They are full size double bed hotel size extra long. The bunks are like the bunks in Pullman train cars. They look like tree houses which is almost what The Kapa'a BeachHouse is like.

Each bed has mattress and pillow case sanitation covers and new quality sheets and pillow cases. The sheets, bed spreads and individual curtains for each bunk are all of a Hawaiian motif. The curtains are there for your comfort, privacy, and enjoyment. The lower bunks are mirrored as a result of the prior usage of the room as a work out gym.

The extra large bunks mean that you can keep your belongings private right near you. We also have security storage and can lock up surfboards as well.

The typical tropical kitchen has double stainless sink with hot and cold water, and the water is some of the cleanest in the world with a taste to match. There are refrigerators, stove, microwave, coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, blender, silverware, cups, saucers, plates, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and whatever. Music is played on our CD/Tape/Radio, and there is cable television; washing machine, and clotheslines hidden away in our secret spot.

The kitchen has a large cobalt blue picnic table that can accomodate seating 10 a little cozy like, or 8 with plenty of room.

Doing the dishes is a tropical ease because of the view through the palms into the lagoon and a view south along the Coconut Coast.
